Relaxation, Meditation and Support Live Online Group Membership

Meditation holds all these benefits and even more. And the power of a group meditating together is quite powerful, even online. If you are a beginner, well practised, feel you can’t meditate or you’ve never been able to meditate “properly” this group is for you.”

In the relaxation, Meditation and Support Live Online Group Membership we practice twice each week for 30 minutes. We meet online as a group for a morning practice and an evening practice:

  • Tuesdays at 7.00 am AEST
  • Thursdays at 6.30 pm AEST

Each practice contains words of wisdom or a reading, breath work and meditations personally guided live by Deb Johnstone to make it easy to quiet your mind and relax.

The group practice is held in a private Zoom room so you can join us from the comfort of your own home, making it more relaxing for you afterwards.

There are two membership options:

  • You can join weekly for a fee of $10 per week.
  • Or you can join monthly for a fee of $40 per month. This monthly package also includes all recordings from the Relaxation, Meditation and Support 12 part video series, which normally retails at $27 AUD.

Each membership option includes a 48-hour downloadable access to recordings from each of our group practices.
