Do you practice the attitude of gratitude?

Just as it is important to decide on what it is that we truly want, take action and aim for it, it is just as important to appreciate what it is that we already have.

When we practice the attitude of gratitude, we not only change our emotional state to one that is really going to work for us, we also generate the energy that will attract more of what we appreciate and attract the things that we are aiming for even more.

It is the universal law that we get what we focus on. If we focus on problems and lack, then that is what we will get more of. When we are giving gratitude we are focusing on the things that we want in our lives and that will attract even more to us.

What is the attitude of gratitude? – It is actively giving thanks and really feeling that state of appreciation on a regular basis.

Begin each day writing a list of ten things you are grateful for; begin your sentences with
“I am deeply and truly grateful for ………………”

See what it is that you are grateful for in your mind’s eye, hear what you are saying to yourself and really feel those feelings of appreciation!

Read your list of statements back to yourself and after each one say thankyou three times, because the unconscious mind loves threes!

Really mean what you say, because when you do it will change your state to one that will attract even more into your life.

And that’s what we want!
